Due to the personal and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

No Exceptions:

• Incorrect sizing due to customer error

• Change of mind after purchase

• Color not appearing as expected due to screen differences

Sizing Responsibility:

To ensure the perfect fit, all customers must purchase a Nail Sizing Kit before ordering any custom press-on nail sets. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes if a sizing kit was not used.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a resolution at our discretion.

At Nails by RC Realness, every set is handcrafted with care and delivered straight to your door with shipping included in the price — no surprise fees at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

🕒 Processing Time

All press-on nail sets are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to craft your set and prepare it for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.

📧 You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS or the most reliable carrier for your area.

📦 Shipping is included in your nail set price. There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery.
